基于智能材料驱动的高速开关阀具有比电磁高速开关阀更好的动静态特性。针对传统悬臂梁结构压电双晶片输出力较小的缺点,该文研究了一种基于压电双晶片的气动高速开关阀,提出了一种简支梁结构固定方式。借助 COMSOL对压电元件流固耦合问题进行分析,优化了阀的关键结构参数,并对样机进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,阀的工作频宽达到280 Hz,在压差0.3 MPa的条件下,最大流量为30.7 L/min。  相似文献

The quantitative optical measurement of deep sub-wavelength features with sub-nanometer sensitivity addresses the measurement challenge in the semiconductor fabrication process. Optical scatterings from the sidewalls of patterned devices reveal abundant structural and material information. We demonstrated a parametric indirect microscopic imaging (PIMI) technique that enables recovery of the profile of wavelength-scale objects with deep sub-wavelength resolution, based on measuring and filtering the variations of far-field scattering intensities when the illumination was modulated. The finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) numerical simulation was performed, and the experimental results were compared with atomic force microscopic (AFM) images to verify the resolution improvement achieved with PIMI. This work may provide a new approach to exploring the detailed structure and material properties of sidewalls and edges in semiconductor-patterned devices with enhanced contrast and resolution, compared with using the conventional optical microscopy, while retaining its advantage of a wide field of view and relatively low cost.  相似文献

The effects of the incorporation of a Bi3+ sensitizer on the phosphorescence properties and oxygen partial pressure sensitivity of the Eu3+ doped yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) phosphors were studied using a lifetime-based optical measurement system. Two series of YSZ: Eu phosphors were investigated in this work: Eu0.01BixY0.07-xZr0.92O1.96 substitutional series and Eu0.01BixY0.07Zr0.92-xO1.96-0.5x additive series. The phosphorescence intensity of the additive-series phosphors was enhanced by 47% excited at 405 nm with a Bi3+ concentration of 2 mol% due to the energy transfer between Bi3+ and Eu3+. In contrast, the phosphorescence intensity of the substitutional-series phosphors decreased as the Bi3+ concentration increased. The phosphorescence lifetimes for both series phosphors were highly sensitive to oxygen partial pressure at elevated temperatures. With increasing Bi3+ concentration, the oxygen sensitivities of both series were enhanced initially, which was related to the increment of concentration dependent non-radiative decay via cross-relaxation between Bi3+ and Eu3+. With 1 mol% Bi3+ doping, the oxygen sensitivity was enhanced by 28% and 12% for substitutional-series and additive-series phosphors, respectively. As the Bi3+ concentration further increased, the oxygen sensitivities of both series declined, which was attributed to the energy transfer between Bi3+, the formation of Bi3+ aggregates as well as the increase of the Eu3+ site symmetry. The results of this study not only provided valuable references for phosphor thermometry, but also offered new ideas for developing high-temperature non-contact pressure sensors.  相似文献

The ignition, injection, and micro-explosion characteristics of aviation fuel (RP-3)/ethanol mixed droplets and biodiesel/ethanol mixed droplets at different proportions under high temperature conditions (420 °C) were compared using an experimental setup. A device for measuring small droplet volumes was designed using an infusion set and different types of needles, and a corresponding equation was established. Mixed droplets suspended on high-temperature resistance nichrome wire with a diameter of 0.2 mm were heated by sending them to a position approximately 2 mm from the forklift preheating plug using a moving rail. SLR and high-speed cameras were used to observe the flame structure as well as the injection and micro-explosion of the mixed droplets during combustion, respectively. Expansion, injection, and micro-explosion were observed in the biodiesel/ethanol mixed droplet experiments when the biodiesel content was 60%. Although the micro-explosion of mixed droplets of aviation fuel/ethanol was not observed, expansion and ejection of the droplets were observed. Image Pro-plus software was used to calculate the diameters at different times in the combustion cycle of the droplets. Through this analysis, the occurrence of micro-explosion was described, and a model for the calculation of micro-explosion strength was established.  相似文献

为了研究枪管结构对枪管固有频率的影响,针对枪管尤其是狙击枪管设计中约束长度、枪管外形、膛口装置以及膛线等不同结构,建立了相应的三维模型。采用以六面体为主的网格对枪管进行了网格划分,采用有限元方法对枪管进行了模态分析。计算获得了不同结构枪管的固有频率; 通过比较,得到了不同枪管结构对固有频率的影响。分析结果表明:枪管尾部螺纹长度越长,枪口振动幅度越低; 相同质量枪管,锥形外形枪管刚度最好; 加装膛口装置对枪管刚度和振动特性有不利影响。  相似文献

为研究某圆柱形带壳推进剂装药的枪击响应特性,设计了一种12.7 mm子弹撞击试验。利用高速摄影机记录带壳装药在子弹撞击下的响应过程,并测试不同距离、方位处的空气超压及壳体破片速度,同时进行带壳装药在理想爆轰条件下的数值计算,得到了带壳装药的能量释放率。一共开展了四次圆柱形带壳装药的枪击试验,前三次装药发生了爆燃反应,第四次几乎无反应。结果表明:子弹撞击位置对圆柱形带壳装药的反应和能量释放率有较大影响,当子弹垂直入射带壳装药轴线后,推进剂发生点火、冒烟、熄火和低压燃烧的时序响应,其相对能量释放率为1.146%;而当子弹撞击位置偏离轴线一定距离时,推进剂几乎无反应,其相对能量释放率仅为0.473%;推进剂的反应对壳体破片有加速效应,带壳装药发生爆燃反应时的破片速度可达428.6 m·s~(-1),而几乎无反应时的最高破片速度仅有70.1 m·s~(-1)。  相似文献

TiO2 is an ideal substitute to ZrSiO4 ceramic opacifier, yet it is limited to application because of the undesirable yellowing resulting from rutile formation. Herein, the SiO2-CaCO3-TiO2 composite opacifier (Si-Ca-Ti) was constructed. The glaze used Si-Ca-Ti presents a superior opacification performance than ZrSiO4 opacified glaze without causing yellowing, showing L*, a*, b* values of 94.81, -0.67 and 3.23. By comparison, the glaze using SiO2, CaCO3, and TiO2 mixture shows lower opacification and yellowish surface with L* and b* values of 92.99 and 5.36. It is revealed that there is a close interface bonding among SiO2, CaCO3 and TiO2 in Si-Ca-Ti, which promotes their combination reaction to generate opacification phase titanite and inhibit rutile formation when sintering, resulting in the white surface and opacification improvement of the glaze. This study proposes a green and efficient strategy to achieve white and highly opacified glaze for sanitary ceramics, exhibiting good application prospect.  相似文献

In this study, boron carbide (B4C)-graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) composites, with enhanced strength and toughness, were fabricated by hot pressing at 1950 °C under a pressure of 30 MPa for 1 h. Microstructure analysis revealed that the GNPs are homogenously dispersed within the B4C matrix. Raman spectroscopy and electron microscopy showed the orientation of the GNPs in the composites. The effects of the amount of GNPs on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were also investigated. The optimal mechanical properties were achieved using 1 wt% GNPs. The relative density, Vickers hardness, flexure strength, and fracture toughness of the B4C-GNPs composite ceramic were found to be 99.12%, 32.8 GPa, 508 MPa, and 4.66 MPa m1/2, respectively. The main toughening mechanisms included crack deflection in three dimensions, GNPs pull-out, and crack bridging. The curled and semi-wrapped GNPs encapsulated individual B4C grains to resist GNPs pull-out and to deflect propagating cracks.  相似文献

以三平动冗余驱动并联机床为研究对象,设计了一种具有位移放大功能的磁流变阻尼器,通过Ansys workbench有限元分析软件,对阻尼器的磁路饱和情况进行模拟仿真和分析,使阻尼器的阻尼出力达到最优。研究结果表明,通过优化使磁场分布更加合理,提高了阻尼器的力学性能,优化方法是可行有效的。  相似文献
